PAYMENT

Payment through PayPal, which accepts many credit cards and other payment types. All prices are in US dollars. No Tax on all orders. The only exception is wholesale orders shipped within Canada where GST/HST will be charged.

SHIPPING

Shipping to the USA and Canada is 0.50 cents for the first patch and 0.25 cents for each one after. $2.50 first patch and $1.00 for each one after for everyone else. Free shipping and international mail is standard letter mail, stamps on a little white envelope. If a different shipping service is required, please contact us prior to ordering. Processing times are 3-5 days after purchase. This allows for delays. However, orders usually go out faster than that. Wholesale orders are subject to shipping charges.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

International packages can take a long time to deliver, anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months, depending on the postal system and customs. We have no control over this, and by placing an order you are agreeing to wait for the delivery.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Refunds or exchange ONLY if item is substantially different from the description and photos.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping charges are not refunded. No partial refunds. Full refund of item price once it is returned. Item must be returned in the condition it was sent to you. Damaged/lost in shipping...you must fully cooperate with filing a claim with the post office or shipper.  This means holding on to the box and packing materials.  You will likely have to photograph them, and may need to take both the packaging and item into the shipper for inspection.  You will be refunded once the claim is finalized.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES AND FAQs

Quantities are as accurate as possible. If you purchase something that has sold elsewhere and wasn't updated, you will be contacted to let you know your that order will be delayed while we make your patch/patches. If you choose not to wait, the order can be cancelled and your full payment returned to you. You can always contact un before purchasing to confirm the patch/patches are still available.
